TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

FRIDAY

9:04 a.m., vandalism — The soft top of a vehicle was slashed and the vehicle rummaged through on East Lyons Street.

11:17 a.m., traffic accident — A non-injury collision occurred on Mono Way and Barretta Street.

12:12 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A five-gallon blue tub with a dead raccoon inside was located in a Sanguinetti Road parking lot. 

1:14 p.m., search warrant — A search warrant was executed at a residence on the first block of Linoberg Street.

3:29 p.m., fraudulent activities — A South Washington Street business reported receiving a counterfeit $100 bill.

7:05 p.m., traffic accident — A vehicle hit a fire hydrant in a West Stockton Road parking lot.

8:38 p.m., theft — Three women and a man reportedly dined and dashed on a bill at a Sanguinetti Road restaurant.

SATURDAY

12:02 a.m., suspicious circumstances — Gunshots were heard in the area near the skate park on Greenley Road.

5:35 a.m., driving under the influence — A vehicle was seen crashed against a fence in a Mono Way parking lot.

9:19 a.m., traffic accident — A hit and run was reported on North Stewart Street.

7:27 p.m., theft — Shoplifting was reported at a Sanguinetti Road store.

10:46 p.m., burglary — A vehicle was broken into and items were taken from the vehicle parked in a Sanguinetti Road parking lot.

SUNDAY

5:53 p.m. disorderly conduct — A man threatened and threw food at an employee at a Mono Way restaurant. 

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

FRIDAY

9:36 a.m., Jamestown — Someone pushed cows through a fence on Peoria Flat Road.

10:47 a.m., Sonora area — A woman on Longeway Road reported checks stolen from her and cashed.

10:53 a.m., Jamestown — A man on Humbug Street reported a possible scam, saying he was contacted at his business by a person who threatened to show up to collect a debt.

1:28 p.m., Jamestown — A man on Rock River Road said someone stole fuel from his ranch tanks and broke mechanisms connected to the tanks.

1:52 p.m., Groveland — A man on Highway 120 reported someone writing fraudulent checks using his personal account.

2:15 p.m., Twain Harte — Two men were parked near Twain Harte Lake acting suspiciously.

4:58 p.m., Sonora area — A Redbud Drive resident saw smoke in the distance from his deck.

7:03 p.m., Jamestown — A Seco Street resident said that his neighbor lets her aggressive dog onto his property.

SATURDAY

4:20 a.m., Tuolumne — A Pine Street resident reported hearing a knocking and wheezing noise outside of her bedroom window.

8:19 a.m., Columbia — A dog attacked another dog on Italian Bar Road.

8:53 a.m., Crystal Falls — Items were reported stolen from an American River Drive West residence.

9:58 a.m., Columbia — A man was seen stretched across the back seat of a car on Yankee Hill Road with a towel over his face.

12:33 p.m., Tuolumne area — A woman reported five cows in her front yard on Woodham Carne Road.

12:39 p.m., Twain Harte — Someone threw a rock through the back windshield of a vehicle on Twain Harte Drive.

1:26 p.m., Jamestown — A hit and run occurred at Victoria Place.

1:38 p.m., Columbia — Theft occurred at Columbia State Park.

2:06 p.m., Long Barn — A man said he was assaulted in a park at Jordan Way East by a man claiming the park was his private property.

3:46 p.m., Twain Harte — A business owner on Twain Harte Drive reported graffiti at the property.

7:18 p.m., Chinese Camp — A property owner on Enterprise Drive said that someone came onto the property and used equipment on the site.

10:54 p.m., Tuolumne — Law enforcement responded to a loud party with underage people drinking on Wetumka Road.

SUNDAY

2:06 a.m., Crystal Falls — A fight between two men was reported at Feather River Drive and Salmon River Court.

2:05  p.m.,Columbia — A man said that he found his brother hiding underneath a bed at his residence on Calle Quartz Drive.

6:45 p.m., Groveland — Someone found a spoon on Ferretti Road. They believed it was a heroin spoon.

FRIDAY

2:38 a.m., Mono Vista — Stephen Lane Page, 18, of the 19100 block of Beauchamp Drive, Sonora, was booked on suspicion of possessing a short-barrelled rifle or shotgun after an arrest at Spanish Grant Road and Red Heather Drive.

1:49 p.m., Sonora — Joseph Otis Boehm, 40, of the 12100 block of Campo Seco Road, was booked on suspicion of first-degree burglary and making or possessing a fictitious check after an arrest on the 13000 block of Mono Way.

7:47 p.m., Sonora — Nathaniel Thomas Carney, 42, of Fallview Drive, was booked on suspicion of drug possession after an arrest in a Mono Way parking lot.

SATURDAY

12:51 a.m., Jamestown — Angela Lynn Livingston, 54, of the 500 block of Codoni Road, Modesto, was booked on suspicion of possession of a drugs for sale and bringing drugs into a jail or prison after an arrest on Golf Links Road at Highway 108.

11:30 a.m., Columbia — Aaron Mitchell Albert Craig, 43, of the 22800 block of Bigler Street, Columbia, was booked on suspicion of assault and threatening a crime with intent to terrorize after an arrest at Columbia State Historic Park.

4:13 p.m., Groveland — Varon Isaiah Hill, 22, of the 300 block of Leon Avenue, Modesto, was booked on suspicion of assault and false imprisonment after an arrest on the 13000 block of Clifton Way.

7:16 p.m., Sonora — Aaron William Shermer, 27, listed as a transient, was booked on suspicion of assault after an arrest on private land between Hospital Road and Highway 108.

12:51 a.m., Twain Harte — Mark Gordon Kavanaugh, 55, of the 22400 block of Little John Road, Twain Harte, was booked after an arrest at East Avenue and Tuolumne Road North.

5:52 p.m., Sonora — Patrick A. White, 23, of the 20700 block of Kaylor Drive, Willow Springs, was booked after an arrest on Mono way.

SATURDAY

10:49 p.m., Sonora — Kathleen Jean Lorimer, 69, of the 22500 block of Sawmill Flat Road, Sonora, was booked after an arrest on Washington and Linoberg streets.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

FRIDAY

10:16 a.m., Valley Springs — A man and an elderly woman in an electric wheelchair argued in the middle of Jean Street.

4:11 p.m., Burson — Vandalism was reported at the post office on Highway 12.

6:13 p.m., San Andreas — A man assaulted a woman in a vehicle at Smith Lane and Main Street.

6:55 p.m., West Point — Multiple people yelled at each other with bullhorns at Smith Lane and Main Street.

7:08 p.m., Copperopolis — A man harassed people on Morado Circle.

7:48 p.m., Valley Springs — Multiple youths fought on the corner of Lewis Avenue and Main Street.

9:49 p.m., Murphys — A fight and vandalism were reported on Amber Way.

11:30 p.m., Valley Springs — Several men fought at Sequoia Avenue and Laurel Street.

SATURDAY

1:12 a.m., San Andreas — An older man was throwing items, kicking signs and swearing at customers at a West St. Charles Street store.

9:31 a.m., Angels Camp — Doors were left open with the building ransacked at a South Main Street business.

11:19 a.m., Arnold — Damage was reported to a lock on Longman Lane.

11:24 a.m., Valley Springs — A dispute over dog ownership took place at Highway 26 and Silver Rapids Road.

12:08 p.m., Angels Camp — A non-injury accident was reported on North Main Street.

4:46 p.m., Arnold — A burglary was reported on Rainy Drive.

6:06 p.m., Mountain Ranch — People on quads were reportedly trespassing on a Sheep Ranch Road property.

10:02 p.m.-10:08 p.m., San Andreas — Multiple residents reported fireworks near Pope Street, Main Street, Foothill Court and California Street.

SUNDAY

2:54 p.m.,  West Point — A man said that a woman was out of control on Main Street.

6:41 p.m., San Andreas — Children were calling 911 and laughing at a park on Treat Street.

6:59 p.m., Copperopolis — A woman on Bay View Drive said that a who man lives at her residence was refusing to leave.

Noon, Valley Springs — Karen Ann Hjeltness, 51 of the 2000 block of Snag Court, was booked on suspicion of drug possession after an arrest on Highway 12 and Highway 26.

2:33 p.m.,  San Andreas — Amanda Rheanne Martin, 18, of the 300 block of Russells Road, was booked on suspicion of drug possession after an arrest on Highway 12 at Central Hill.

10:22 p.m., Copperopolis — Jack Edwin Jr., 51, of the 1000 block of Acorn Street was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after an arrest at his home. 

10:22 p.m. Copperopolis — Shelly Anne Charlsen, 51, of the 1000 block of Acorn Street was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after an arrest at her home.

9 a.m., Valley Springs — Penny Patmon Benson, 62, of the 17000 block of Kit Lane, Jackson, was booked after an arrest on Highway 12 at Lime Creek Road.

5:39 p.m., San Andreas — Kaitlyn Sarah Jane Rodriguez, 20, of the 5000 block of Baldwin Street, Valley Springs, was booked after an arrest at Highway 12 and Double Springs Road. 

SATURDAY

12:03 a.m. Angels Camp — Terry Lee Dun, 48, of the 13000 block of Falmouth Place, Tustin, was booked after an arrest at Selkirk Ranch and Smith Flat roads.
