TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

4:14 a.m., Groveland — A marina office was broken into at Pine Mountain Lake on the 12400 block of Cassaretto Court. 

7:54 a.m., Twain Harte — A vent was pried off a house on the 23300 block of Middle Camp Road and a hose was inserted underneath and the crawlspace of the house was flooded.

9:25 a.m., Soulsbyville — A woman reported money stolen on the 20600 block of Kings Court. 

12:32 p.m., Sonora area — A woman said she was assaulted on the 20200 block of Grouse Way.

1:56 p.m., Long Barn — A woman on the 25000 block of Long Barn Road said she saw a man sitting on his deck indecently exposing himself. 

3:41 p.m., Jamestown area — A woman said someone on the 14400 block of Tulloch Dam Road stole a campground customer’s credit card information. 

3:46 p.m., Ranchos Poquitos — A person assaulted on Via Este at Via Redonda did not want to make a report. 

4:37 p.m., East Sonora — A man was crawling on the ground looking up women’s skirts at Kohl’s on the 13700 block of Mono Way. He also reportedly took photos of people and took women’s clothing into the dressing room.

5:01 p.m., Pinecrest — A woman said she saw a teenager take her backpack from the Meadowview Campground on Pinecrest Lake Road. 

5:36 p.m., Sonora area — A woman tried to cash stolen checks on the 13759 block of Mono Way.

FRIDAY

2:41 a.m., Jamestown — A man said he was sleeping at Rocca Park on Main Street when another man woke him up and assaulted him.

THURSDAY

1:23 p.m., Phoenix Lake area — Anthony Thomas Serpa, 54, of the 21700 block of Eva Way, booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly hitting someone with a metal rake, after an arrest at his home.

4:10 p.m., Columbia — Cody Jon Emmanuel Anderson, 18, of the 10800 block of Pool Station Road, Angels Camp, booked on suspicion of arson, possession of an arson device, conviction of arson and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor, after an arrest on the 11300 block of Jackson Street. 

5:15 p.m., Sonora — Janice Karen Leslie, 43, of the 16500 block of Creekside Drive, booked on suspicion of burglary after an arrest at the detectives unit on North Washington Street. 

6:03 p.m., Sonora area — Tanya Dianne Taylor, 38, transient, booked on suspicion of petty theft with a prior, drug possession, committing a felony while on probation, probation violation and misdemeanor shoplifting and drug possession, after an arrest on the 1200 block of Sanguinetti Road.

6:10 p.m., East Sonora — Charity Mathilda Stevens, 40, of the 21200 block of American River Drive, booked on suspicion of drug possession, burglary, forgery and misdemeanor shoplifting, after allegedly trying to cash a stolen check on the 13700 block of Mono Way.

THURSDAY

1:50 a.m., Sonora area — Daniel Loring O’Neill, 54, of Oakdale, arrested on Tuolumne Road at Mono Way.

11:39 p.m., Sonora — Rodney Christopher Benedetto, 56, of an unknown address, arrested on South Stewart Street at Church Street. 

11:53 p.m., Sonora area — Dorene Dee Marino Tomlinson, 55, of an unknown address, arrested on Stockton Road at Highway 49.

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

THURSDAY

4:53 p.m., drugs — A 20-year-old man was cited and released for having a pipe with marijuana in it at Coffill Park on South Washington Street. 

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

1:06 p.m., West Point — Someone on Stanley Road reported that there is a large “boom” every day that shakes houses between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. and believes it may be a company in the area doing blasting.

3:35 p.m., Arnold — A man was arrested on El Dorado Drive for a local felony warrant.

6:07 p.m., Arnold — Yard art was vandalized on Blagen Road.

8 p.m., Valley Springs — Antonio Jose Ponce, 37, of the 3700 block of Dunn Road, was booked on suspicion of damaging power lines, after an arrest at Moore Street and Dunn Road.
