TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

FRIDAY

3:54 p.m., hazardous situation — Debris was blocking traffic on West Stockton Road at Ponderosa Drive.

7:15 p.m., assault — A man was seen bleeding from his head on West Stockton Road. He declined medical treatment.

8:46 p.m., disorderly conduct — A man was knocking on a door on Columbia Way trying to coax one of the residents to come outside.

SATURDAY

2:11 a.m., burglary — A door on Brookside Place was broken in but nothing appeared to be missing from the property.

10:01 a.m., traffic accident — A motorcycle crash occurred on South Washington Street near Restano Way.

11:27 a.m., traffic accident — A red truck driven by a woman helping a neighbor move hit another vehicle in an apartment complex on Greenley Road.

5:05 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man wearing a yellow shirt was seen urinating outside at a South Washington Street motel.

SUNDAY

12:23 a.m., unclassified — Four children at a Mono Way restaurant could not pay their bill.

11 a.m., assault — Someone at a Sanguinetti Road grocery store said a man reached into their vehicle and punched them in the face. 

2:57 p.m., suspicious circumstances — Someone at a Mono Way grocery store believed a man with “shaggy” hair was intoxicated. 

MONDAY

2:04 a.m., public intoxication — A man at a South Washington Street bar wearing “red swimming shorts” was intoxicated. 

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

FRIDAY

8:51 a.m., Sonora area — A man who kicked a pair of teenagers off of a bridge on his Curtis Circle property later found a lock across the bridge.

12:39 p.m., Jamestown — A resident on Seco Street reported a neighbor smoking meth in his front yard.

2:20 p.m., Sonora area — A pedestrian wearing blue underwear was trying to flag people down on Old Wards Ferry Road near Jacobs Street.

2:54 p.m., Long Barn — A group of people including a woman and children were swimming illegally at Lyons Lake right next to a sign that says “No Swimming.”

4:04 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A burglary occurred at a residence on Wildcat Drive.

4:21 p.m., Tuttletown area — A possible trailer fire was reported at a campground on Reynolds Ferry Road.

5:02 p.m., Crystal Falls — A water main break was causing low water pressure near Nile River Drive.

5:32 p.m., Long Barn — A vehicle accident was reported on Highway 108.

5:37 p.m., La Grange — A fire was reported on Alazan Way.

5:38 p.m., Twain Harte — A man was drinking beer and yelling at passers-by on Joaquin Gully Road.

9:52 p.m., Tuolumne — Two men were fighting in the middle of the road on Carter Street.

SATURDAY

12:04 a.m., Columbia — A large pickup truck was parked with a dog chained to the vehicle on Upper Quail Mine Road. When contacted, the owner of the truck said he was going to sleep there for a few hours and leave when he woke up.

3:57 a.m., Tuolumne — A business owner on Zeni Lane reported a burglar alarm going off.

7:30 a.m., Chinese Camp — Two pot-belly pigs were found in a yard on Red Hills Road.

9:37 a.m., Strawberry — A wrecked vehicle was seen near Aspen Meadow off Highway 108.

9:59 a.m., Sonora area — A man on Martingale Lane said he believed a neighbor was strangling him in his sleep.

10:42 a.m., Jamestown area — A fire was seen in the back of a pickup truck near the Stent Cut Off Road.

10:49 a.m., Jamestown — A fire was seen in the Algerine area.

11:29 a.m., La Grange — Six starving horses were reported on Zarzamora Street.

1:52 a.m., Groveland — A woman reportedly shot herself in the head on Yosemite Springs Road.

2 p.m., Sonora area — A broken sprinkler reportedly was spilling water everywhere on Tuolumne Road.

4:18 p.m., Tuolumne — A man was sitting in a lawn chair, refusing to leave the Black Oak Casino parking lot on Tuolumne Road North.

8:13 p.m., Moccasin — A man was injured during a wakeboarding accident on Don Pedro Reservoir.

9:56 p.m., Sonora area — A woman was lying in the middle of Eureka Drive.

10:06 p.m., Yosemite — A backpacker died of natural causes while in the Pate Valley area.

10:14 p.m., Twain Harte — A 15-year-old boy was reportedly assaulted at Eproson Park by an adult man.

10:30 p.m., Tuttletown — A grass fire was reported on Reynolds Ferry Road.

11:21 p.m., Jamestown — Two men were fighting on Beach Drive.

SUNDAY

12:21 a.m., Sonora area — Someone on Valley Oak Drive said they heard swearing and shouting from a neighbor’s home. The neighbor apologized and told deputies they would “shut down” the party.

2:34 a.m., Sonora area — A woman at a party on Valley Oak Drive who was extremely intoxicated said she “handed over” her cellphone to a man and he did not return it. 

8:22 a.m., Soulsbyville — A woman on Viles Lane woke up to find someone had turned on her outside faucet. 

9:18 a.m., Groveland — A woman on Breckenridge Road said her neighbor told her to mind her own business after she saw him beat his dog with a stick.

9:56 a.m., Sonora area — A woman on West Walnut said her daughter damaged their house after she ran away and then “tried to get back in.” 

2:00 p.m., East Sonora — A man on Mono Way passed out face down in the bushes. 

2:31 p.m., Sonora — A man said his vehicle was damaged at the fairgrounds on Southgate Drive. 

3:14 p.m., Mi-Wuk — Someone on Wuuya Court stole “$300 worth” of aluminum cans. 

4:33 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on Ninth Street said someone stole her wheelbarrow and sold it to an antique store for $20. 

5:23 p.m., Mi-Wuk — A husband and wife on Palapeta Lane had relationship issues.” 

6:09 p.m.,  Lake Tulloch — A boat on Lake Tulloch was stopped for speeding in the swimming area. 

6:20 p.m., Sonora area — A man on West Walnut said he gave his girlfriend some “items” and he wanted them back. 

6:47 p.m., Tuolumne —  A man on Mount Eaton Road said his neighbors trespassed on his property to get to a fishing pond. 

8:29 p.m., East Sonora — A woman on Crystal Falls Drive West required staples from an injury after her boyfriend threw a typewriter at her head. 

10:37 p.m., Sonora — A man at a fairground on Southgate Drive slept on a bench between “clown town” and the Ferris wheel.

FRIDAY

1:20 p.m., Sonora — Edmond Joseph Allatt, 35, of Middle Camp Road, Sonora, was booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and probation violation after an arrest on Hospital Road.

10:10 p.m., Jamestown — Samuel Steven Ramsey, 34, listed as a transient, was booked on suspicion of possession of a narcotic after an arrest at Ninth Street and Sixth Avenue.

SUNDAY

12:02 a.m., Jamestown — Scott Louis Davidson, 30, listed as a transient, was booked on suspicion of drug possession and misdemeanors driving under the influence of drugs resisting arrest after an arrest on Chicken Ranch and Table Mountain roads.

9:38 p.m., Jamestown — Thomas Henry Callahan III, of the 18300 block of Rail Bed Road, was booked after an arrest at Pulpit Rock Road and Rail Bed Road.

11:00 p.m., Jamestown — Timothy Eugene Heflin, 49, of the 400 block of Greenley Road was booked after an arrest on Highway 49 at Montezuma Junction. 

11:58 p.m., Sonora — Daniel Michael Valin, 23, of the 22800 block of Confidence Road, was booked after an arrest on Theall and Stewart streets.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

5:58 p.m., Murphys — A trespasser was reported on Main Street.  

6:30 p.m., Valley Springs — Someone on Ross Drive was arrested for public intoxication. 

9:08 p.m., Valley Springs — Someone on Gold Creek Drive saw a suspicious man on a bike.

THURSDAY

2:30 p.m., Copperopolis — Edgar Lopez, 32, of the 3200 block of Dayton Geson Drive, Stockton, was booked on suspicion of cultivating marijuana plants after an arrest at Hogan Dam and Hunt roads. 

SATURDAY

12:08 a.m., Valley Springs — Lea Maria O’dowd, 24, of the 3300 block of Hartvickson Lane, was booked on suspicion of drug possession after an arrest on Highway 26 at Vista Del Lago Road. 

1 a.m., Angels Camp — Anita Ann Lussier, 44, of the 3200 block of Murphys Grade Road, was booked on suspicion of injuring power lines and misdemeanor disorderly conduct with alcohol after an arrest at her home. 

Noon,  Arnold — Roger Douglas Stevenson, 57, of the 1300 block of Highway 4, was booked on suspicion of violating a protective order after an arrest on Highway 4 at Foundry Way. 

4:09 p.m., Valley Springs  — Darrin Arden Cook, 47, of the 1800 block of South Church Street, Lodi was booked on suspicion of drug possession after an arrest at Highway 49 and Cosgrove Creek Road.

7:19 p.m.,  Valley Springs — Kyle Alexander Rooks, 18, of the 9000 block af McAtee Street, was booked after an arrest at Highway 49 and Cosgrove Creek Road.
