TUOLUMNE COUNTY 6:46 a.m., Phoenix Lake area —A man on the 20800 block of Phoenix Lake Road said someone stole the air-intake cleaner off his vehicle engine and damaged the steering column. 8:14 a.m., Twain Harte —Outside Christmas decorations were stolen on the 23800 block of Leisure Drive. 11:20 a.m., Columbia —A rubber ball vending machine was stolen from the laundromat on the 21700 block of Parrotts Ferry Road. 12:11 p.m., Twain Harte area —A woman on the 23200 block of Italian Bar Road said another woman pinched her and chased her.
4:48 p.m., Twain Harte —A woman said her gun was stolen on the 19300 block of Superior Drive. 9:22 a.m., Soulsbyville area — Two signs advertising Summerville Parent Nursery School were stolen overnight at Highway 108 and Soulsbyville Road. 10:19 a.m., Tuolumne — A teacher said an Internet hub was stolen from her classroom. 11:08 a.m., East Sonora — A man on the 14610 block of Mono Way said his cell phone was stolen from his house. 1:21 p.m., Mono Village — A man reportedly tried to cash a forged $5,000 check at a bank in the Mono Village area. 2:23 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 10300 block of Preston Lane said she believes someone stole a check out of her mailbox. 2:45 p.m., Tuolumne — A woman on the 18600 block of Laurel Avenue said someone called her saying they were trying to raise money to get vests for deputies. 3:15 p.m., Tuolumne — A man driving a vehicle at Main and Chestnut streets was arrested for allegedly possessing and transporting a controlled substance after a deputy stopped him for not wearing a seat belt and having an obstructed license plate. 3:43 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 18200 block of Main Street said skateboarders were getting more aggressive and skating fast on the sidewalk. She was concerned someone might get hurt. Two juveniles were cited and released to adults. 4:43 p.m., Columbia area — A woman said her vacant rental house at Experimental Mine and Italian Bar roads had been spray painted. 7:13 p.m., Columbia area — A man said someone walked into his dorm room while he was in the shower and took $100 out of his wallet. He said security cameras showed someone walking in and out of the room.
7:14 p.m., Sonora area — A “be on the lookout” was issued after a motorized scooter, still in the box, stolen from Cost U Less in the Sonora Plaza shopping center, at Mono Way and Greenley Road. A caller said two men, who took the scooter, left in an older blue Chevy Blazer.
7:08 a.m., Sonora area — A man arriving for work at General Supply Company on the 14100 block of Mono Way found the door pried open and the cash box gone. 11 p.m., Columbia — Peter Linhart, 66, of the 19600 block of Soulsbyville Road, booked on suspicion of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old, booked after an arrest at Tuolumne County Investigations.
1:18 p.m., Sonora area — Geoffrey Scott Wagner, 20, of the 16600 block of Madrone Circle, booked on suspicion of burglary, receiving known stolen property and theft by use of a credit card after an arrest at his home.
1:20 a.m., Jamestown — Fernando Espinoza, 21, of an unknown block of Tuolumne Road, booked on suspicion of drug possession and possessing, manufacturing or selling a dangerous weapon after an arrest at Chips Chevron.

1:38 a.m., Sonora — Kevin Jon Ciabatti, 25, of the 200 block of Ridge Road, arrested on Stewart Street at Williams Street. 2:59 p.m., assault —A 13-year-old girl was released to the probation department after allegedly assaulting someone on Morning Star Drive.
4:10 p.m., theft —A woman stole items on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road. 8:41 a.m., vandalism — Purple graffiti was found at Sonora Adventist Academy on North Forest Road. 11:42 a.m., sexual offense — A report was taken at the police department about a possible child molestation. 2:19 p.m., vandalism — Purple graffiti was found on walls at the top of Spring Hill Drive. It looked like the same color as the incident reported at 8:41 a.m., but the writing is different.
4:26 p.m., graffiti — White and purple graffiti was found on the walls of the Terzich parking structure on North Washington Street. 7:29 a.m., Arnold — A forged prescription was reported on the 2000 block of Highway 4. 9:01 a.m., Valley Springs — Mail tampering occurred on the 7500 block of Baldwin Street. 9:32 a.m.,Valley Springs — Identity theft was reported on the 4600 block of Baldwin Street. 10:20 a.m., Valley Springs — A caller said someone was cutting their fence on the 4600 block of Double Springs Road.
5:56 p.m., San Andreas — A citation was issued for vandalism on the 4600 block of Hawver Road. 8:41 a.m., Railroad Flat — A residential burglary was reported on Railroad Flat Road. 9:14 a.m., Arnold — A theft was reported on Second Street.
6:45 p.m., Murphys — A petty theft was reported on Main Street. 10:42 a.m., San Andreas — Karen Ann Lundy, 53, of the 3600 block of Highway 49, booked on suspicion of receiving known stolen property, conspiracy to commit a crime and resisting arrest following an arrest at her home. 11:35 a.m., San Andreas — Zachery John Miller, 29, of the 600 block of West St. Charles Street, booked on suspicion of receiving known stolen property, conspiracy to commit a crime, resisting arrest, drug possession, narcotic possession, cultivating marijuana, marijuana possession, child cruelty and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription after an arrest on the 500 block of Pool Station Road.
11:52 a.m., San Andreas — Morgan Kate Rowley, 23, of the 8900 block of West Center Street in Mokelumne Hill, booked on suspicion of receiving known stolen property, child cruelty, drug possession, cultivating marijuana, marijuana possession and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription after an arrest on the 500 block of St. Charles Street.
