TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

FRIDAY

7:48 a.m., traffic violation — Increased traffic enforcement was requested at Sonora High School due to a reportedly high number of traffic violations in the area during school hours.

8:34 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman on Lyons Bald Mountain Road believed her vehicle was being driven by an unknown person at night because of increased mileage on the odometer.

5:13 p.m., public intoxication — A man in a black or gray Harley-Davidson shirt was stumbling around near South Washington Street.

7:18 p.m., controlled substances — An unknown person was reportedly climbing through a kitchen window on Linoberg Street.

9:28 p.m., public peace — A man on Sanguinetti Road said his sister was threatening to break the windows on his vehicle.

SATURDAY

2 a.m., assault — A man was seen in front of a business on South Washington Street after being assaulted.

11:24 a.m., traffic accident — A hit and run accident involving a parked vehicle was reported on South Washington Street.

3:51 p.m., suspicious circumstances — Two young men were seen walking under the South Shepherd Street bridge.

6:21 p.m., theft —  A necklace was reportedly stolen from a Sanguinetti Road store.

7:02 p.m., vandalism — Two men reportedly kicked in a door on South Stewart Street.

SUNDAY

3:27 p.m., reckless driving — Two motorcycle riders on North Washington Street drove recklessly.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

FRIDAY

9:42 a.m., Sonora area — A driver on Phoenix Lake Road hit a fence. 

10:47 a.m., Sonora area — Someone on Glenwood Road said their neighbor’s dog was continually allowed to roam unleashed. 

3:59 p.m., Sonora area — A Crystal Falls Drive West caller said six juveniles at tennis courts looked like they were hiding something. 

4:41 p.m., Sonora area — A woman on Lancaster Court said her husband laid on a rock and was too drunk to get up. 

7:42 p.m., Twain Harte — A Manzanita Drive man said a Suburban was parked in his driveway every night. 

9:08 p.m.,  Sonora area — Someone on Mono Way said trucks filled with juveniles played loud music and “bothered” people.

10:42 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on Fifth Avenue was punched in the face by her mother. 

SATURDAY

12:02 a.m., East Sonora — Juveniles at a party on Lolly Lane refused to quiet down. 

2:57 a.m., Jamestown — A man on Highway 108 hitchhiked in the middle of the road. 

7:48 a.m., Sonora area — Someone on Lime Kiln Road saw a man’s leg hanging out of a parked car. Deputies confirmed he was cleaning out his car. 

8:54 a.m, Pinecrest — A man on Dodge Ridge Road said his tires were flat and he was too drunk to remember if he was in a fight last night. 

10:42 a.m., Sonora area — A missing man on Mono Way was found after he went to a prayer breakfast.

2:26 p.m., Big Oak Flat — Someone on Highway 120 crashed a car into a fence. 

4:08 p.m., Sonora area — A man at a Greenley Road care was agitated and hit another resident when he “waved his cane” at staff. 

6:18 p.m., La Grange  — Someone at Lake Don Pedro made a wake in a “no wake” zone.

7:18 p.m., Jamestown — A woman at a Old Melones Dam Road mobile home park said her neighbor yelled and made threats when she watered her plants. 

SUNDAY

1:11 a.m., Twain Harte — A woman at a Joaquin Gully Road bar said another woman grabbed her by the hair and punched her in the face. 

5 p.m., Jamestown — Someone at a county yard on High School Road believed people stole gas from inoperable vehicles. 

10:27 p.m., Jamestown — A brother and sister on Sixth Avenue slammed doors and argued.

FRIDAY

8:06 a.m., Sonora — Laura Paige Woods, 24, of the 600 block of Woods Creek Drive, was booked on suspicion of drug possession and misdemeanor being under the influence of drugs after an arrest on the 300 block of West Stockton Road. 

7:45 p.m., Sonora — Cody Douglas Wright, 24, of the first block of West Linoberg Street, was booked on suspicion of impersonating another and misdemeanor being under the influence of drugs after an arrest at his home. 

SATURDAY

8:03 a.m., Sonora area — Justine Cayenne Souza, 30, of the 15200 block of Cavalieri Road, was booked on suspicion of possession of a concealed weapon and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. 

7:02 p.m., Sonora — Meghan Alyssa Sherman, 23, of the 1000 block of Mission Bay Drive, Vacaville, was booked on suspicion of drug possession after an arrest on Highway 108 and Mono Way. 

SUNDAY

12:39 p.m., Jamestown — Zachary Brandon Zimmerman, 18, transient, was booked on suspicion of bringing drugs or alcohol into jail and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest after an arrest at 8th and 6th avenues. 

4:12 p.m., Sonora area — Kenneth Edward Job, 31, of the 21500 block of American River Drive, was booked on suspicion of drug possession and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful display of registration after an arrest at his home.

9:34 p.m., Sonora — Daniel Ray Stanley Slawinsky, 27, of the 300 block of Fairview Lane, was booked on suspicion of assault after an arrest at his home.

SATURDAY

12:39 a.m., Sonora — Joseph Lamon Wright, 45, of the 900 block of South Washington Street, was booked after an arrest at Cemetary Lane  and Barretta Street.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

FRIDAY

6:29 a.m., West Point — A cabin on Patricia Way was burglarized. 

8:10 a.m., Valley Springs — Two women on Sequoia Avenue had “ongoing animosity.” 

2:38 p.m., Murphys — Tourists on Murphys Grade Road pocket dialed 911. 

4:30 p.m., San Andreas — A man on Russell Road yelled and threw things.

SATURDAY

4:45 a.m., Angels Camp — Someone on Appaloosa Road walked up and down a driveway and ranted and raved. 

6:49 a.m., San Andreas — Someone on Russell Road yelled. 

7:50 a.m., Mokelumne Hill — Someone on Church Street heard someone scream. 

8:36 a.m., San Andreas — A man on Russell Road was outside yelling. 

3:33 p.m., Murphys — Children on Butte Mountain Road misdialed 911 and a “mad baby” was heard in the background. 

4:14 p.m., Mountain Ranch — Someone on Whiskey Slide Road said adults “provoked” children to argue.

11:53 a.m., Copperopolis — A Lopes Court home was egged. 

6:53 p.m., Valley Springs — A suspicious car was parked at a California Street church.

3:44 a.m., Murphys — A suspicious car was parked at a Bret Harte Drive church.

11:10 a.m., Rail Road Flat — Steven Michael Duvall, 45, of the 900 block of Ridge Road, Railroad Flat, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse after an arrest on Piney Crest.

12:30 p.m., Copperopolis — Joshua A. Hall, 24, of the 3600 block of Sunny Road, Stockton, was booked on suspicion of attempted grand theft and first-degree burglary after an arrest at Loliondo Ranch.

12:30 p.m., Copperopolis — Reid Dello Morose, 23, listed as a transient, Stockton, was booked on suspicion of attempted grand theft and first-degree burglary after an arrest at Loliondo Ranch.

12:30 p.m., Copperopolis — Matthew G. Retzlaff, 25, listed as a transient, Stockton, was booked on suspicion of attempted grand theft and first-degree burglary after an arrest at Loliondo Ranch.

SATURDAY

12:25 a.m., Wallace  — Benjamin Alan Lee, 31, of the 10500 block of Quartz Lane, Wallace, was booked on suspicion of receiving stolen property and misdemeanor petty theft after an arrest on South Camanche Parkway and Chile Camp Road.

4:30 a.m., Burson — Kenneth Doyal Douglas, 39, of the 5500 block of Amos Way, Burson, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a person after an arrest on Amos Lane.

6 p.m., Angels Camp — Lisa Kasper, 50, of the 1100 block of Minyard Street, Angels Camp, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a person after an arrest on Minyard Street.

7:05 p.m., Lake Alpine  — Theodore Francis Hall, 59, of the 1100 block of Buckhorn Drive, Murphys, was booked after an arrest at Lake Alpine.
