TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

8:05 a.m., animal complaints — Someone said a horse was in their yard on Upper Sunset Drive and they did not know where it came from. 

4:50 p.m., burglary — A man on Shaws Flat Road said he returned from out of town and found his front door kicked in. 

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

12:45 p.m., Long Barn — A woman at a mobile home park on Highway 108 said someone posted nude photos to her Facebook account. 

2:29 p.m., Columbia — A jury summons was found in a pile of scattered trash around a lot on South Airport Road

2:39 p.m., Columbia — A woman on Solo Lane called 911 and said she was having trouble calling long distance and “the recording” told her to call 911. 

3:23 p.m., Sonora area — A man on American River Drive said he gave an attorney $3,500 to appear in court with him and he did not show up and “took off with his money.” 

3:30 p.m., East Sonora — A woman on Mono Way said her boyfriend poked her and she was going to move out of the residence and live in a tent behind a Burger King. 

Felony bookings

WEDNESDAY

10:13 a.m., Sonora — Michael James Wagoner, 22, of the 18600 block of Highway 108, Jamestown, was booked on suspicion of drug possession after an arrest on the 14600 block of Mono Way. 

1:23 p.m., Sonora area — Tyler Martin Esparzaweldy, 21, of the 19600 block of Grace Way, was booked on suspicion of assault, making criminal threats and kidnapping after an arrest on the 21000 block of Crystal Falls Drive. 

2:04 p.m., Sonora area — Mary Elizabeth Stuckey, 24, of an unknown block of Yankee Hill Road, was booked on suspicion of assault after an arrest on the 15200 block of Cavalieri Road.

4:36 p.m., Sonora — Sabrina Marie Alfreds, 24, of the 18000 block of Seco Street, Jamestown, was booked on suspicion of burglary and drug possession after an arrest on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road. 

7 p.m., Sonora — Robert James Stringfellow, 56, of an unknown block of Big Hill Road, was booked on suspicion of battery after an arrest on the 100 block of South Washington Street. 

9:16 p.m., Sonora — Desiree Dawn Mello, 29, of the 200 block of Greenley Road, was booked on suspicion of battery after an arrest in the parking lot of the 200 block of Greenley Road. 

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

10:55 a.m., Wilseyville — Someone on June Avenue reported “there are squatters still on the land.”

12:25 p.m., Valley Springs— A man and a woman were living in the bushes behind an office on the first block of Jean Street. 

5:41 p.m., San Andreas — A child was heard “talking to her daddy” on a 911 misdial on Andreas Vista.

WEDNESDAY

7:54 p.m., San Andreas — Ruth Ann Smith, 38, of the 400 block of Toyanza Drive was booked after an arrest on the 300 block of Treat Avenue.
