A man was arrested at Black Oak Casino on Friday after allegedly creating and using fraudulent credit cards.
Darren Lee Wagner, 48, of Fresno, was booked into Tuolumne County Jail on felony charges of burglary, theft, forgery of a bank card and drug possession, according to a Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office report.
He also had a Los Angeles County felony warrant out for his arrest on credit card fraud charges, according to the report.
The report said deputies responded to Black Oak Casino after a complaint that Wagner used a fraudulent card to pay bill at a restaurant.
Deputies searched Wagner and found 4 grams of methamphetamine in his pocket, according to the report.
A search of his vehicle turned up a credit card embossing machine, altered bank cards and other items used to forge bank card, the report said.
Wagner is being held on $100,000 bail for the local charges, and no bail on the warrant.
