Possible drowning victim identified

Search and rescue crews have found the body of a Rio Vista man who went missing after jumping from the Jacksonville Bridge into Lake Don Pedro on Saturday.
Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Sgt. Jeff Wilson said sometime yesterday afternoon searchers found the deceased Bernard Duane Lynch, 32, but didn’t know the exact time the discovery was made.
