Adults and children marched against drug abuse during the Red Ribbon Week Rally yesterday, sponsored by the Tuolumne County Recreation Department. Led by the Golden Regiment Band's drum ensemble, "Pataflafla," more than 100 people wearing red shirts and red ribbons marched from the Opera Hall to Courthouse Square and back, holding signs protesting drug use. At the Opera Hall, local agencies such as Mountain Women's Resource Center, Head Start, the California Highway Patrol and Friday Night Live handed out drug-related information.
