Volunteers and paid employees spent yesterday readying Frogtown for this weekend's 18th annual Calaveras Celtic Faire. The festival celebrates Irish, Scottish and Welsh cultures, and features traditional music, folk dancing, whiskey tasting, jousting knights, battling demonstrations and more than 200 vendors. More than 20,000 people are expected to attend the celebration, which provides both indoor and outdoor entertainment, and goes on rain or shine.
