Crash in San Andreas

A vehicle accident at Highway 49 and Carol Kennedy Road between Angels Camp and San Andreas trapped three people inside a vehicle and blocked traffic in both directions Tuesday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle turned over onto its roof at about 3:33 p.m. Three people were stuck inside the vehicle and two were able to be removed within minutes while the third remained conscious but could not be extricated until fire department personnel arrived.
The incident temporarily blocked both lanes. A CHP spokesman said there was no additional information available regarding the incident at this time.
