Sonora Mayor Bill Canning is not part of a group of water ratepayers spearheading an effort to recall three members of the Tuolumne Utilities District Board of Directors. He has said he agrees with the effort to recall board members Bob Behee and Barbara Balen. Information that appeared in a story on the front page of Tuesday’s Union Democrat was unclear. |
