‘Five Women’ offer social commentary at Stage 3

The mood is set the minute you walk into the lobby of Stage 3 to see “Five Women Wearing the Same Dress.” The assembly room is decked out for a party — or more specifically, for a wedding reception — with bows, baubles, and artificial flowers in apparent wedding colors: white and apricot, or maybe its pumpkin sorbet. What ever you call it, the choice is distinctively garish.
