One of the items is a 22-acre project that, if approved, would create nine parcels between about two and three acres located near Apple Colony Road in Tuolumne.
According to meeting documents, applicant Darlene Mae Stieler is looking to change the property’s zoning to allow additional residential development on the separate plots.
The proposal also calls for almost eight acres of open space as part of the subdivision, as well as establishing a county service area through the Local Agency Formation Commission to provide road and drainage maintenance.
The county Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the County Administration Center at 2 S. Green St. in Sonora.
