FRIDAY
    11:58 a.m., Valley Springs —Mail was stolen on Cane Lane.
    9:11 p.m., Valley Springs —A shoplifter was reported on Highway 26.

SATURDAY
    11:12 p.m., West Point —Money was reported stolen on Barbara Lane.
    1:19 p.m., Jenny Lind —Car parts were reported stolen on Main Street.

SUNDAY
    3:42 p.m., San Andreas —A large swarm of bees was reported in a parking lot on Lewis Avenue.
    11:14 p.m., Arnold —Screaming people and barking dogs were reported on Longman Lane.

MONDAY
    5:38 a.m., Valley Springs —Tires were flattened overnight on Gold King Drive.

Arrests

  Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

FRIDAY
    2:10 a.m., Vallecito —Monique Lynn Canepa, 25, of the 4200 block of Cedar Circle, arrested on Highway 4 at Commercial Way.

SATURDAY
    12:45 a.m., Valley Springs —Russell Anthony Beasley, 38, of the 3700 block of Moore Court, arrested on Highway 26 at Farris Drive.
SUNDAY
    1:24 a.m., Angels Camp—Katherine Ann Murphy, 45, of the 1300 block of Birds Way, arrested on the 800 block of Main Street.

Felony bookings

FRIDAY
    1:15 p.m., Valley Springs —Jeremiah James Nielsen, 23, of the 200 block of Rose Street, booked on suspicion of false imprisonment and misdemeanor battery after an arrest at Chestnut and Daphne streets.
    4:22 p.m., Valley Springs —Victor Paul Vannorsdall, 39, of the 280 block of Rose Street, booked on suspicion of child abuse after an arrest at his home.

SATURDAY
    10:01 p.m., Valley Springs —Tony Bryan Martin Sr., 46, of the 100 block of Sequoia Avenue, booked on suspicion of drug possession, and misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and being under the influence of drugs, after an arrest on the 30 block of South Highway 26.


TUOLUMNE COUNTY

    The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

FRIDAY
    7:34 a.m., Crystal Falls — A dog came onto property on the 21600 block of Fern Lane and killed two chickens.
    9:51 a.m., west county — A suspicious roadside device that looked like a pipe bomb, on the 11400 block of Highway 108, turned out to be a rodent deterrent device.
    10:01 a.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A neighbor noticed an open door at a nearby residence on the 14400 block of Lavenne Lane. He yelled into the residence and no one responded. He also noticed the heater was on. Another neighbor said the homeowner hadn’t been there for a few days.
    12:53 p.m., Tuolumne — A student on the 17500 block of Tuolumne Road was in possession of marijuana.
    4:29 p.m., East Sonora — A woman left two of her rings at a salon on the 13700 block of Mono Way and, when she called the next day, they were gone.
    6:56 p.m., East Sonora — A store on the 13700 block of Mono Way had an alleged shoplifter in custody.
    7:01 p.m., Jamestown — Two children found a syringe at the corner of a building on the 10300 block of Preston Lane and turned it over to an adult, who called the Sheriff’s Office.
    8:31 p.m., East Sonora — A 36-year-old man driving a bike powered by a chainsaw motor and having no lighting was told to pedal the bike home and contact DMV to register the vehicle.
    11:03 p.m., Jamestown — A large party with a bonfire, at least 100 people and multiple vehicles was occurring at Golden Horseshoe Mine Road and Lake Drive. Fireworks were being set off and music was being played very loud.
    11:43 p.m., East Sonora — People were outside burning garbage at a residence at Little Creek Road and Highway 108.
   
    The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
 FRIDAY
    7:21 a.m., vandalism — A window was broken on a vehicle parked at Walmart.
    11:07 a.m., threats — A woman threatened to bring a gun to Sonora Regional Medical Center so she could get a test done without a doctor’s referral.
    1:06 p.m., school assist — Someone put a dead deer in a pickup parked in the Sonora High School parking lot.
    1:52 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman was going through mail boxes on Oakside Drive.
    3:27 p.m., public intoxication — A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after he entered a business on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road, cussed, popped balloons, went outside and confronted pedestrians, then entered another store.
    3:41 p.m., theft — A store on South Washington Street reported a theft that occurred Thursday at about 3:30 p.m.
    6:17 p.m., theft — A Dragoon Circle woman said a housekeeper locked herself in the woman’s bathroom for several hours, and now medication is missing.
    6:54 p.m., theft — A man and three women were arrested on conspiracy and theft charges at a store on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road.
    10:41 p.m., suspicious theft — An anonymous caller at a pay phone on Stockton Road told a dispatcher where to find two weed trimmers that were stolen earlier from a drop-in center, saying his brother had taken them as a senior prank. He refused to identify himself or his brother.
