CALAVERAS COUNTY Sheriff’s reports MONDAY 1:09 p.m., Paloma — A trail camera was stolen on the 7200 block of Paloma Road. 3:55 p.m., Arnold — Vehicle burglaries were reported at Hunter Dam and Candy Rock roads. 4:43 p.m., Valley Springs — Someone was arrested for public intoxication on the 2900 block of Robin Road. 5:48 p.m., San Andreas — Multiple citations were issued for petty theft on the 100 block of East St. Charles Street. TUESDAY 12:48 a.m., San Andreas — A petty theft was reported at Toyon Middle School. TUOLUMNE COUNTY Sheriff’s reports MONDAY 7:48 a.m., Don Pedro area — A woman reported the registration sticker taken off of her car while parked on the 10200 block of Bonds Flat Road. 8:04 a.m., Soulsbyville — A person reported the stop sign on a school bus broken off while parked on the 20300 block of Soulsbyville Road. 11:16 a.m., Standard area — A woman reported damage to a barbed wire fence on the 19100 block of Hillsdale Drive. 12:44 p.m., Soulsbyville area — A man reported a riding lawn mower stolen from his property on the 15900 block of Curtis Circle. 1:02 p.m., Don Pedro area — A person reported the theft of beer from a business on the 3300 block of Highway 132. 1:03 p.m., East Sonora — A man reported graffiti on a building on the 14500 block of Mono Way. 2:29 p.m., Twain Harte — A person reported the theft of an iPod while at the intersection of Manzanita Drive and Cresta Drive. 4:24 p.m., Jamestown — A woman reported the theft of tools on the 18300 block of Main Street. 6:25 p.m., Twain Harte area — A man reported the theft of gas from his vehicles on the 22400 block of Tuolumne Road North. 10:17 p.m., Twain Harte — A woman reported that a person was attempting to break into her home on the 23700 block of Leisure Drive, and that person had a gun. It turned out to be her landlord, who had forgotten his key. 11:50 p.m., Tuolumne — A man reported his tires flattened while parked on the 18300 block of Gardner Avenue. Arrests Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol: MONDAY 2:13 a.m., West County — Jagdeesh Singh, 59, of Modesto, arrested on Highway 108 near Montezuma Junction. Sonora police reports MONDAY 11:55 a.m., theft — A woman reported her swamp cooler stolen from a home on Tidwall Street. |
