Sonora police reports

FRIDAY
    3:01 p.m., fraud — A woman attempted to pick up a prescription medication that was not hers on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road.

SATURDAY
    8:15 a.m., theft — A woman on Summit Avenue reported sending lots of money to a company for a credit card and has not heard back.

FRIDAY
    10:47 a.m., Sonora area — A person reported people in an old white truck dumping a couch on Lime Kiln Road near Lime Rock Road.
    10:49 a.m., Twain Harte area — A man reported items stolen on the 21600 block of Crystal Lake Drive.
    2:45 p.m., Big Oak Flat — A woman reported a wallet stolen out of her purse on School Street near Highway 120.
    10:38 p.m., Twain Harte — A person reported that people were throwing eggs at a house on the 23000 block of Tuolumne Drive.
    11:01 p.m., East Sonora — A woman reported her purse stolen out of her unlocked car on the 13700 block of Mono Way.

SATURDAY
    7:26 a.m., Sonora area — A couple paid unknown people to get rid of trash for them. It was found dumped along the side of Wards Ferry Road near Powell Ranch Road.
    8:11 a.m., Groveland area — A person reported a wooden sign with a map of Ireland stolen from the 13000 block of Jackson Mill Drive.
    11:21 a.m., Jamestown — A person reported windows broken after a fight between unknown parties on the 18300 block of Fifth Avenue.
    1:27 p.m., Columbia area — A woman reported four explosions heard during the night on the 22900 block of Dolly Lane.
    2:01 p.m., Jamestown — A man reported the unauthorized use of his bank card at the 18100 block of Highway 108.
    8:37 p.m., Big Oak Flat area — A woman reported several personal items stolen from the exterior of her house on the 17300 block of Anderson Street.

SUNDAY
    8:05 a.m., Twain Harte area — A woman reported her car broken into on a service road near Cottonwood Drive.
    9:03 a.m., Sonora area — Someone reported a burglary on the 10800 block of Racetrack Road.
    1:23 p.m., Phoenix Lake area — A man reported the theft of his 8-month-old black lab puppy on the 21700 block of Phoenix Lake Road.

    1:18 p.m., Soulsbyville area — Jared Russell Smith, 25, of an unknown address in Twain Harte, arrested on Hunts Road north of Longeway.
    2:13 p.m., Tuolumne — Terri Lynn Berg, 44, of Tuolumne, arrested on Tuolumne Road north of Carter Street.
    9:19 p.m., Sonora — Thomas Patrick Fulton, 51, of Sonora, arrested at South Shepherd Street at Lyon Street.

SATURDAY
    12:33 a.m., Jamestown area — Austin Bradford Roen, 20, of Waterford, arrested on Highway 49 near Nelson Road.
    2:50 a.m., Twain Harte — Brett Alan Benkula, 20, of the 23300 block of Lakewood Drive, arrested on Highway 108 near Twain Harte Road.
    10:20 p.m., Twain Harte area — Jesus Ruben Vargas, 44, of Santa Clara, arrested on Confidence Road south of Highway 108.

    4 p.m., Sonora — Angel Valentina Cepeda, 30, of the 20200 block of Jamestown Road, booked on suspicion of drug possession, after arrest on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road.

SATURDAY
    8:27 a.m., Standard area — Dustin Leon Miller, 30, of the 15100 block of Mountain Lily Road, booked on suspicion of assault, obstructing phone lines and a misdemeanor charge of violation of a protective order, after arrest on the 17900 block of Blue Bell Road East.
    2:54 p.m., East Sonora — Michael Charles Poor, 19, a transient, booked on suspicion of receiving stolen property, batter of a peace officer, resisting arrest, forgery and a misdemeanor count of possession of paraphernalia, after arrest on the 13700 block of Mono Way.

SUNDAY
    1:05 p.m., Sonora — Debra Robin Blodgett, 54, of the 200 block of Bonanza Road, booked on suspicion of drug possession and a misdemeanor count of possession of a hypodermic needle, after arrest on the 1000 block of Sanguinetti Road.

    8:13 a.m., Copperopolis — Someone trespassed in the La Cobre Mina subdivision.
    10:40 a.m., Camp Connell — Vandalism was reported on Summit Level Road.
    1:26 p.m., Valley Springs — Money was stolen from a book fair at Jenny Lind Elementary.
    2:02 p.m., San Andreas — A group of people claiming to be from Walmart were asking for the credit card numbers of residents on High Country Road as part of a free gift card program. Walmart told the caller they are not offering free gift cards.
    2:06 p.m., Arnold — A suspicious person was offering free carpet cleaning on Pine Drive.

SATURDAY
    8 a.m., Copperopolis — Illegal dumping was reported at Little John Road and Copper Cover Drive.
    10:08 a.m., Murphys — Tools were stolen on Main Street.
    11:45 a.m., Valley Springs — A purse was reported stolen on Highway 12.
    6:49 p.m., Mountain Ranch — A prior break-in was reported at a residence on Michel Road.

SUNDAY
    3:25 p.m., Copperopolis — Keys were reported stolen on the 400 block of Hilltop Estates Drive.

MONDAY
    12:22 a.m., San Andreas — Someone was arrested for being drunk in public on the 1900 block of Gold Strike Road.

    1:12 a.m., West Point — Gary Steven Thibodeaux II, 30, of Pioneer, booked on suspicion of possessing 28.5 grams of marijuana or less with a prior conviction, possessing controlled substance paraphernalia, possessing controlled substances without a prescription, driving without a license and possessing concentrated cannabis, after an arrest on the 900 block of Barney Way.
    11:05 p.m., Murphys — Efrain Montaz Gonzalez, 28, of the first block of Ernest Street, booked on suspicion of possessing a dangerous weapon, possessing a switch-blade knife, hit-and-run property damage, driving under the influence and three counts of driving with a suspended license, after a warrant arrest at a business on the 100 block of east Highway 4.

SUNDAY
    1:39 a.m., Vallecito — Michael Everett Rutt, 35, of the 2900 block of Venado Drive, Arnold, booked on suspicion of receiving known stolen property, evading a peace officer and taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, after an arrest on Highway 4 at Angels Road.

MONDAY
    12:10 a.m., Valley Springs — Anthony Don Patrick, 35, of the 2000 block of Beverlynn Lane, San Andreas, booked on suspicion of being a prohibited person in possession of ammunition, after an arrest on an out-of-county warrant at 5900 Thornicroft Drive.
