Felony bookings FRIDAY 1:45 a.m., Valley Springs — Noah Joseph Flores, 29, of the 7000 block of Gabor Street, booked on suspicion of drug possession with misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence, possession of paraphernalia, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with a prior offense, driving with a suspended license and destroying or concealing evidence on Highway 26. 12:15 p.m., San Andreas — Angelica Marie Alvarez, 21, of the 100 block of Monte Vista, booked on suspicion of drug possession with a misdemeanor counts of possession of paraphernalia, use of a controlled substance and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with a prior offense at a gas station in Valley Springs. Angels Camp police reports THURSDAY 9:22 a.m., counterfeit — A counterfeit bill was received at the 600 block of Main Street. TUOLUMNE COUNTY Sheriff’s reports THURSDAY 10:03 a.m., Tuolumne — A woman reported a laptop computer missing from her motorhome on the 14600 block of Tuolumne Road. 10:11 a.m., Jamestown — A person reported damage to a sign outside of a business on the 17700 block of Highway 108. It’s the fourth time the sign has been vandalized. 12:47 p.m., Columbia area — A person said someone broke the hose on a propane tank that goes to the house and let out all the propane on the 13200 block of Shale Rock Road. Sonora police reports THURSDAY 8:53 a.m., fraud — A person on Sylva Lane reported a check cashed by someone other than the person the check was intended for. 12:51 p.m., theft — A woman reported that someone broke into her house on Highway 49 and stole pills from her bedside while she was sleeping. 3:38 p.m., theft — A man attempted to steal from a business on Mono Way, but was caught. 4:43 p.m., theft — A man attempted to steal from a business on Mono Way, but was caught.
