Sheriff’s reports

THURSDAY
    2 p.m., Sonora area — Someone was reported to be using an ATM card belonging to a resident of the 17200 block of Mount Everett Court online without permission.
    10:06 p.m., Groveland — A woman on the 11900 block of Mountain Springs Court said she just arrived at her vacation home to find it had been burglarized and a lot of items are missing. She was last there on Oct. 23.

FRIDAY
    1:54 p.m., Cedar Ridge — A woman on the 16200 block of Caddo Circle said someone used her identity to apply for credit.
    2:09 p.m., Mono Village — A woman on the 14500 block of Stone Lane reported fraudulent charges on her credit card.
    2:43 p.m., Tuolumne — A caller  on the 18500 block of maple Avenue reported $1,029 worth of merchandise in Indiana was purchased with his Visa card.
    4:35 p.m., Sonora area — A man on the 10000 block of Highway 49 said checks were stolen from his home and later cashed.
    9:15 p.m., Columbia — A caller was concerned about a bonfire and drinking at “Beer Can Corner,” Yankee Hill Road and Shanghai Mine Road. The caller said there were five vehicles and about 10 to 15 young people involved.

    Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol:

THURSDAY
    2:45 p.m., Groveland — Melisa Victoria Bieri, 35, 12900 block of Mueller Drive, arrested at Highway 120 and Ferretti Road.

Sonora police reports

THURSDAY
    12:07 p.m., vandalism — An officer reported damage to one bathroom and the smell of marijuana in another one at Cassina High School on South Barretta Street.

FRIDAY
    9:05 a.m., theft — A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting from a business on Sanguinetti Road.
    4:36 p.m., suspicious circumstances — An anonymous caller said two older men, possibly transients, were panhandling in front of a store on Sanguinetti Road. The caller was concerned for the well-being of a horse that was with them. An officer contacted them, warned them not to panhandle, and determined that the horse appeared to be healthy.

Felony bookings

THURSDAY
    11 a.m., Phoenix Lake area — Jarred Alan Sanders, 30, 4100 block of West 6th Street, Coffeyville, Kan., booked on a charge of receiving known stolen property after arrest on the 19900 block of Phoenix lake Road. He was also charged with giving false identification to a peace officer. Sanders allegedly had a stolen Kansas identification card. He was with a woman who was arrested on four local warrants.
    1:55 p.m., Jamestown — Mark Montanez, 48, of the 16200 block of Crestridge Avenue, Sonora, booked on suspicion of altering a vehicle identification number for sale after arrest at the California Highway Patrol office on the 18400 block of Fifth Avenue, Jamestown.
    7:42 p.m., west county — Anthony Gabriel Fernandez, 50, unknown address on Alison Way, Sonora, booked on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm and possessing an assault weapon after arrest on Highway 108 near Green Springs Road. He was also booked on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
    8:44 p.m., East Sonora — Paul William Nau, 32, 19600 block of Serrano Road, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled narcotic substance after arrest on the 13900 block of Mono Way.
 
FRIDAY
    2:55 p.m., Jamestown — Christina Lee Ansley, 31, of the 10200 block of Preston Lane, booked on suspicion of drug possession with misdemeanor counts of possession of paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of marijuana at her home.
    10:05 p.m., Soulsbyville — Paul John Garcia, 42, of Merced, booked on suspicion of drug possession on the 20600 block of Soulsbyville Road.
    9:52 a.m., Sonora — Joseph Michael Perrotta, 19, of the 300 block of West Yaney Avenue, booked on suspicion of first degree burglary with a misdemeanor of shoplifting at  the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road.

SATURDAY
    11 a.m., Columbia — Michael Edward Anthony, 43, of Rancho Cordova, booked on suspicion of drug possession with a misdemeanor driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.
    4:33 p.m., Jamestown area — Shawn Michael Webb, 36, of the 13800 block of Jenny Lind Road, booked on suspicion of robbery at the 10700 block of Wigwam Road.
    6:28 p.m., Twain Harte — Gary Lynn Mainard, 53, of the 20900 block of Lynn Lane, booked on suspicion of possession of a dangerous weapon with a misdemeanor count of violation of a restraining order at the 23300 block of Highway 108.

    6:17 a.m., San Andreas — An assault with a deadly weapon was reported on Pope Street.
    1:32 p.m., Douglas Flat — Money was reported stolen on Sugar Pine Way.
