The injured were identified this morning as Ruby Rocha, 41, of Jamestown, and

According to a preliminary CHP report, Cooper, driving a westbound
Mustang, drifted over the highway's double yellow lines and into the
path of a Chevy Cavalier driven by Rocha, colliding head-on.
Two helicopters were called in to take the injured to area hospitals.
The accident was reported about 6:12 a.m.
No other vehicles or people were involved.
Both victims are in critical condition, said CHP Public Information Officer Mike Remmel.
