TUOLUMNE COUNTY Sheriff’s reports FRIDAY 9:16 a.m., Cedar Ridge — A stolen all-terrain vehicle was found stripped and abandoned at Brookside Drive and Kewin Mill Road. 9:55 a.m., Jamestown area — Two houses on the 10700 block of Wigwam Road said someone has been stealing gas in the area and someone broke into a laundry room tool shed. 2:33 p.m., Jamestown — A man said the back window was broken out of his vehicle while it was parked on the 17500 block of Twin Oak Drive. 6:46 p.m., Jamestown area — A woman on the 18700 block of Jamestown Road said someone hopped the fence of her locked yard and took four bags of recyclable cans. 9:45 p.m., Jamestown area — A dancer said another dancer hit her with a motorcycle helmet on the 14400 block of Highway 108. 10:24 p.m., Jamestown area — A woman said a homeless man with a shopping cart and a medium-sized white dog had been camped at Harvard Mine Road and Highway 108 for about three months and has been on her property repeatedly after being told to stay away. A deputy found the man, who had moved to a different location. SATURDAY 9:09 a.m., Tuolumne area —A woman said she was assaulted by a man on Buckhorn Mountain Road. 11:44 a.m., Twain Harte —A man said someone broke into his vehicle on the 17900 block of Bonanza Drive and broke part of the ignition. 2:27 p.m., Pinecrest —A vacation home was broken into on the 100 block of Pinecrest Avenue, and alcohol and firewood were stolen. 7:10 p.m., Tuolumne — A woman was cited on suspicion of stealing a cash voucher that did not belong to her on the 19400 block of Tuolumne Road North. SUNDAY 1:02 p.m., Ridgewood —A woman on the 21300 block of Ridgeview Drive said a pornographic picture was left on her vehicle. 3:06 p.m., Twain Harte — A man said someone tried to break into his garage Saturday night on the 22500 block of Cedar Pines Avenue. 4:33 p.m., Groveland area — A home was broken into on the 12200 block of Sunnyside Way. Felony bookings SATURDAY 1:52 a.m., Copperopolis — Lindsey Erin Kjelstad, 26, of the 100 block of North Green Street, Sonora, booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, after an arrest on the 2000 block of Sugar Loaf Court. Kjelstad allegedly assaulted another woman at a club on the 14400 block of Highway 108. 5:07 p.m., Sonora area — David Grant Drennan, 24, of the 12800 block of Mono Way, booked on suspicion of burglary, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property after an arrest at his home. Also arrested was Sara Rochelle Richter, 18, of the 12800 block of Mono Way, on same charges. The two are accused of allegedly stealing items from a business on Sanguinetti Road in September. Arrests Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs: FRIDAY 8:04 p.m., Twain Harte — Margaret Emma Vacca, 77, of the 24000 block Wuuya Way, Mi-Wuk Village, arrested on Highway 108 at East Twain Harte Drive. SATURDAY 12:25 a.m., Jamestown — Patrick Lynn Arney, 44, of the 18400 block of Cedar Street, Tuolumne, arrested on Highway 108 at Fifth Avenue. 8 p.m., Sonora area — Meghan Ann Beaudreau, 24, of the 22200 block of Crystal Falls Drive, arrested on Flynn Lane at Mountain View Road. SUNDAY 2:33 a.m., Sonora — Heather Breese Ashton, 28, of the 20500 block of Phoenix Lake Road, arrested on Green Street at Stockton Road. 10:33 p.m., Tuolumne area — Alan Lee Belanger, 50, of the 11200 block of Racetrack Road, Sonora, arrested on Wards Ferry Road at Tuolumne Road. Sonora police reports FRIDAY 10:42 a.m., fraudulent activities — A woman on Guzzi Lane said someone stole several of her credit cards and used them to make purchases. 3:44 p.m., stolen property — A caller said his Peavy bass guitar, blood red in color, with black tight flat wound strings, was stolen from a friend’s house on South Barretta Street. 4:07 p.m., suspicious circumstances — An officer responding to a report that people were possibly smoking marijuana on the roof of a business on South Washington Street determined they were smoking flavored tobacco. They were told to stay off the roof. 9:55 p.m., vandalism — A woman on Morning Star Drive said a group of people sped past her house screaming obscenities at her, then egged her house. SATURDAY 12:23 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A transient woman was allegedly yelling at people having a birthday party at Rotary Park on Woods Creek Drive. 8:35 p.m., drugs — Three men were cited on suspicion of possessing marijuana and alcohol on Toby Lane. 11:17 p.m., public intoxication — A 55-year-old man who allegedly threatened to “kill a cop” was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication on Truckenmiller Road. SUNDAY 12:55 p.m., assault — A person was assaulted on North Washington Street. 9:09 p.m., theft — A man stole a bottle of vodka on the 1200 block of Sanguinetti Road. CALAVERAS COUNTY Sheriff’s reports FRIDAY 10:57 a.m., Wallace — “Ongoing problems with golf course and (neighbors)” was reported on Ospital Road. 3:41 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — A theft was reported on Main Street. 3:48 p.m., Camp Connell — An earlier burglary was reported at a home on Meko Drive. 5:08 p.m., Burson — An earlier burglary was reported at a business on Highway 12 West. 11:36 p.m., Avery — Someone was sitting on Highway 4 near Moran Road. 11:39 p.m., West Point — Threats were reported on Highway 26 and Main Street. SATURDAY 3:23 a.m., San Andreas — A business was burglarized on the 400 block of East St. Charles Street. 8:41 a.m., San Andreas — Graffiti was found on several school buildings on Lewis Avenue. 11:32 p.m., Avery — A home was burglarized on Indian Hills Road. 2:06 p.m., San Andreas — More than $400 worth of property was stolen on Mountain Ranch Road. 4:06 p.m., Wallace — A caller reported “quad riders on the roadway with no helmets and driving reckless” on Live Oak Road near Ospital Road. 4:15 p.m., Paloma — A home was burglarized on Paloma Road. 6:19 p.m., Valley Springs — Three were arrested for trespassing near Cascade Lane. 7:25 p.m., Copperopolis — An argument led to a fight on Bay View Drive. SUNDAY 3:34 p.m., Mountain Ranch — Someone reportedly exposed themselves on Highway 49 and Mountain Ranch Road. 3:41 p.m., Arnold — A fight broke out on Campo Seco Way. |
