Sonora police reports

FRIDAY
    7:09 p.m., fight — A woman on North Stewart Street said a group of people was outside her residence trying to coax her outside to fight.

SATURDAY
    9:33 a.m., trash — Plastic bags with feces were reportedly hanging off trees on East Jackson Street.

Sheriff’s reports

FRIDAY
    8:06 a.m., Twain Harte — A caller on the 18400 block of Tatu Avenue reported an ongoing problem of neighbors spreading trash up and down the street.
    8:24 a.m., Twain Harte area — A woman on  the 29500 block of Italian Bar Road said $1,000 cash in an envelope was taken from her purse sometime Thursday night.
    12:13 p.m., Chinese Camp — A man on the 9800 block of Maiden Lane said sometime in the last six months someone stole three guns and a generator from his motor home.
    1:06 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A man on the 24000 block of Paipu Road said items were taken from his residence and asked for a law enforcement representative to ask the person he suspects to return them.
   B — A caller said a man and woman in a transient camp at Elsey Court and Mono Way were drunk and possibly had drugs.
    3:18 p.m., Jamestown — A caller said a new weed trimmer, torches and hoses were taken from the 10600 block of Reservoir Road.
    4:03 p.m., Twain Harte area — A man said he took his parrot to the veterinarian because it was sick, and the vet told him it had been shot.
  
SATURDAY
    12:25 a.m., Tuolumne — A man admitted to using cocaine he said another man gave him on the 19400 block of Tuolumne Road North.
    4:24 a.m., East Sonora — A vehicle was broken into and items stolen on the 19200 block of Hillsdale Drive.
    4:57 a.m., Tuolumne — A man and woman admitted to throwing a bag of cocaine out of their vehicle near the 19400 block of Tuolumne Road North.
    11:20 a.m., Sonora area — A man on Elizabeth Lane reported a possible scam. A man called him saying he won a $3 million prize but had to pick up the money at a store on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road in exchange for $2,000.
    12:05 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 10100 block of Peppermint Circle reported a ring stolen that was later found at a pawn shop.
    4:50 p.m., Jamestown — A man was yelling and taking his clothes off on the 10700 block of Wigwam Road but ran off when deputies arrived.

SUNDAY
    4 p.m., Jamestown — A woman said a man vandalized her home on the 11000 block of Silver Pine Drive.
    6:17 p.m., Sonora — A video game console was reported missing on the 20400 block of Bay Meadow Drive.

FRIDAY
    8:48 a.m., Sonora area — Brenda Jo Azevedo, 47, of the 10700 block of Joaquin Morris Road, booked on suspicion of petty theft with a prior, after an arrest at her home.
    10:04 p.m., Tuolumne — Troy Michael Barajas, 42, of an unknown address, booked on suspicion of child endangerment, damaging a phone line, assault, kidnapping and battery with serious bodily injury, after an arrest on the 18500 block of Fir Street. Barajas allegedly assaulted a woman on the 18500 block of Fir Street, took her phone and broke it when she tried to call 911 and attempted to drag her back into the house, but she was able to escape, sheriff’s officials said.

SATURDAY
    10:07 p.m., Jamestown — Randy Taylor Henington, 55, of the 19900 block of Rough and Ready Trail, Sonora, booked on suspicion of receiving stolen property and probation violation, after an arrest on Highway 108 at Rolling Hills Boulevard. Henington was stopped for traffic violations and a search of his vehicle reportedly yielded a stolen chain saw.

    6:20 p.m., East Sonora area — Richard Dale Hoch, 57, of an unknown address in Soulsbyville, arrested on Hess Avenue at Tuolumne Road.
    7:49 p.m., Sonora — Renee Odessa Paulsen, 68, of the 100 block of East Jackson Street, arrested on the 800 block of Greenley Road, after her vehicle struck another vehicle in the Tuolumne County Senior Center parking lot.

SATURDAY
    12:47 a.m., Soulsbyville area — Cody Lee Wirths, 20, of an unknown Twain Harte address, arrested on Soulsbyville Road north of Highway 108. Also booked on felony charges of possession of drugs.
    5:31 p.m., Jamestown — Ernest Joseph Viglienzoni, 51, of the 12600 block of Algerine Road, arrested on Main Street at Willow Street.
    8:05 p.m., Sonora area — Jenae Lynn Tonegato, 27, of the 600 block of Shaws Flat Road, arrested on Highway 49 at Shaws Flat Road.

    12:33 a.m., south county — William France Eastman, 63, of Tracy, arrested on Highway 120 three miles west of Green Springs.
