La Grange man dies in motorcycle accident

A 60-year-old La Grange man died Friday when the motorcycle he was riding hit a tree on Banderilla Drive near Carizzo Way at 4:30 p.m. Gary Madden was traveling southbound at an unknown speed, said CHP Officer Jim Jacobs, when for unknown reasons he lost control and collided with a tree. Jacobs said there was no indication of drugs or alcohol being involved in the wreck, but the accident is still under investigation pending results of toxicology reports. |
